These Terms govern your use of ClearHalal. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Service
ClearHalal provides ingredient and label analysis to help users understand whether food products may contain halal, haram, mushbooh, or uncertain ingredients.
No Religious Certification
ClearHalal is an informational decision-support tool. It does not provide halal certification, fatwas, religious rulings, or guarantees. Ingredient sources and product formulations can change. You remain responsible for your own decisions, and should consult qualified scholars, certification bodies, or manufacturers where needed.
Subscriptions
ClearHalal may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Prices, durations, and trial offers are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or bypass access controls.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or sensitive personal content.
- Do not rely on ClearHalal as your sole source for religious, medical, legal, or safety decisions.
Accuracy
We aim to provide useful and cautious explanations, but results may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Product ingredients, supply chains, additives, and certification status may vary by country, batch, or manufacturer.
Changes
We may update the app, features, prices, or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearHalal and Glenmont Circle are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app.
